Faith Mwaura is a Passionate Award Winning Entrepreneur with a keen interest in developing superior and affordable housing and communities. She has over ten years experience in Real Estate and is very deliberate about adding value, mentorship, nurturing the environment through a tree planting initiative named Miti Millioni that has been involved in tree planting activities across the country, making meaningful relationships and traveling the world. She is also involved in a number of volunteer programs in her community involving school children.
She is a graduate student at Heriot Watt University Scotland studying Msc. Real Estate Management and Development and is also a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing and Business Management from Daystar University.
Together with her team she runs Immensity Holdings a Real Estate company in Kenya with two main business lines Nanyuki Oasis a premier controlled gated community in Nanyuki and development of affordable housing. The company also provides personalized Real Estate investment solutions to Kenyans living in the country and those in the Diaspora. Susan is a graduate of the University of Nairobi in Environmental science. She has experience in Environmental Impact Assessments, property acquisitions, value chain addition including liaising with various county administrative offices, NEMA and lands office to ensure that the administrative part of our reports, proposals studies and are excellently prepared. She has been with the team since inception and is a valuable member. She also has wide experience is sales, client satisfaction and business management. She has previously worked with other Real Estate firms, NEMA, KCB and understands Real Estate transactions very well. She is a burst of energy, hardworking, very precise on paperwork and loves the field work. She is a good resource when it comes to creating strategic relationships with other industry players, service providers and also recruitment. A Daystar University alumnus, Gathua worked as journalist for various local stations before he joined us. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication at the same institution. He is an avid reader is a nature lover and enjoys the outdoors.
